In CWE scripting, init time refers to a short amount of time at the beginning of the mission. During the init time, CWE initializes its variables and launches all its necessary internal scripts. Many features and commands do not work during init time, and some commands may even cause erroneous behaviour lasting through the whole mission. Any code in "init.sqs" or units' initialization lines are executed during init time.
Most of the internal stuff is initialized right at the start of the mission, but some things only after a small delay. When CWE_Time > 0.2, all systems are guaranteed to be initialized. Please note that 'CWE_Time > 0.2' is not necessarily equal to 'time > 0.2'. Only 'CWE_Time > 0.2' should be used as a condition.
